PREDICTIVE SYSTEM

iEstiba's predictive system, 'Smart Work Force,' allows for the control of situations and behaviors that cause fluctuations in worker availability, such as voluntary absences, vacations or sick leaves.

With this information, the arrival of ships can be advanced or delayed, resulting in savings on fuel and waiting times.

APPLICATION OF DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES

Optimization of decision-making through the incorporation of new disruptive technologies – Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Blockchain – in the management of the stevedoring workforce.

By applying Artificial Intelligence for demand prediction, the hiring system is improved by analyzing conditions, situations, and behaviors that cause fluctuations in worker availability, such as vacations or sick leaves.

With this tool, scenarios based on Big Data are analyzed for demand management, allowing for the anticipation of needs and the establishment of patterns to predict fluctuations in terminal requirements.

Blockchain technologies are incorporated to integrate with other platforms, certify processes and ensure traceability in the company-worker-client relationships.
